Headliner Game

SMU at Evansville (-2) at 7 p.m. (ESPN+) $$

No ranked vs. ranked headliners tonight and really no real headliner arguably. However, I chose this game because I do think Evansville’s game tonight will game some national attention thanks to their upset of UK. Both SMU and Evansville are 3-0, and the crowd should be pumped. I think SMU spoils the atmosphere, but it should be fun to watch.

William & Mary at Oklahoma (-15 ½) (Hall of Fame Classic On-Campus Game) at 7 p.m. (FSN)

N. Colorado at W. Virginia (-16) (Cancun Challenge Preliminary Round game) at 7 p.m. (AT&T SN)

Colgate at Auburn (-14) (Legends Classic Regional Round Game) at 8 p.m. (SECN)

Wofford at Missouri (-10 ½) (Hall of Fame Classic On-Campus Game) at 8 p.m. (SECN+)

UC Irvine at Colorado (-10 ½) at 9 p.m. (Pac-12N)

UTSA at Utah St. (-19) at 9 p.m. (Stadium on Facebook Watch)

S. Utah at UCLA (-12 ½) (Maui on the Mainland game) at 11 p.m. (Pac-12N)

The most obvious upsets to me are William & Mary, Wofford, or UC Irvine, but this season has proven anything can happen (see the Headliner above for more on that). I put Utah Valley on the list at UK, but I suspect UK will not take them lightly after Evansville.

Hawaii-Illinois is the most interesting game on this list probably. The others could be good games if the ones above don’t float your boat. Enjoy!
